Johnny Depp is Coming to Town

Good news for fans of the Pretty Boy Johnny Depp in the Chicago and

Midwest area. Rumor has it that he will be setting up shop in and

around the Chicago area very soon. Why? Well, he's supposed to be

filming a movie about the notorious gangster and bank robber John

Dillinger.

JD himself was a bit of a Pretty Boy in his day. He was known for

being a ladies man and for his good looks, not to mention being

particularly well-endowed. All of that changed when he attempted to

have plastic surgery done just before he was gunned down by the FBI

outside the Biograph Theater in Chicago.

The theater is still there and there are still bullet holes in the

side of the wall, in the alley, as souvenirs from that famous night.

Depp will probably be filming all over the Midwest area. Dillinger

himself criss-crossed much of the Midwest during his times robbing

banks and racking up a huge reputation for himself. One rumor has

stated Depp may actually station himself across the border in

Wisconsin and commute into the city of Chicago.

Nothing is confirmed yet. All that IS known is that the generous Depp,

after winning his Golden Globe for Sweeney Todd, donated a large sum

of money to the hospital that helped save his daughter last year.

So, having Depp in the area could be good for a lot of reasons. Keep

an eye out you Pretty Boy fans in the Chicago area.
